These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tbhili website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tbhili ("tbhili," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the tbhili Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with tbhili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tbhili.

To register and use the tbhili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. tbhili strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tbhili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tbhili or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

tbhili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of tbhili services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one tbhili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• KYC Verification: tbhili is required to verify the identity of all players under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID before withdrawals can be processed. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbhili login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tbhili will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Non-Transferability: Your tbhili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your tbhili account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tbhili's support team immediately via live chat.

tbhili supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your tbhili account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within five minutes of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tbhili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be held pending investigation.
• Currency: All transactions on the tbhili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your tbhili account settings. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.
• Anti-Money Laundering: tbhili complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, which may temporarily delay withdrawal processing.

tbhili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. tbhili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your tbhili account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse tbhili's bonus system – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of software errors – constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tbhili reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse and to close the accounts of players found to be in breach.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• Modification: tbhili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the tbhili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. The following terms apply to all games on the Platform:

• RNG Certification: All slot games, table games, and virtual sports on tbhili use RNG technology certified to produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. No player, employee, or third party can predict or influence game outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG software.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each game is available in the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, tbhili reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection: tbhili is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbhili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one tbhili account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the tbhili Platform or its underlying software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to tbhili support immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your tbhili account.

All content on the tbhili Platform, including but not limited to the tbhili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of tbhili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbhili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tbhili content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the tbhili brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the tbhili Platform.
• Create derivative works based on tbhili content.

Any unauthorised use of tbhili intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by tbhili.

tbhili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a tbhili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tbhili implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and tbhili cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

tbhili will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

tbhili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are available to all tbhili players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your tbhili account at any time via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may set loss limits to restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set session time reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tbhili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tbhili account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tbhili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if tbhili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tbhili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tbhili reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

tbhili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tbhili reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, tbhili reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, tbhili may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

You may close your tbhili account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tbhili's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

tbhili operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe that tbhili has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

tbhili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tbhili will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the tbhili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via live chat support.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. tbhili recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
